Enrolling in the Health and Wellness program was a life-saving decision for me. After my divorce, I struggled with heavy drinking and binge eating, leading to severe weight gain. Hiding from the world was normal to me. Addressing the root cause of my struggles gave me a profound shift in mindset and I learnt better ways to cope and adapt, instead of using self sabotage and self loathing as a bandaid.
