4. Third-Party Services
Divorce Makeover collaborates with a network of third-party providers, including but not limited to beauty professionals, stylists, wellness professionals, surgeons, cosmetic dentists, designers, life coaches, business mentors, and digital product creators. While we work with highly regarded professionals and take reasonable steps to vet and recommend reputable trusted partners, we make no warranties, representations, or guarantees as to the quality, reliability, or results of services provided by these third parties.
By engaging with a third-party provider through Divorce Makeover, you acknowledge and agree that:

We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, dissatisfaction, or other outcomes resulting from your engagement with a third-party provider.

Any issues, complaints, or disputes must be addressed directly with the third-party provider. However, we may, at our discretion, assist in mediating to help resolve the issue.

By using our services, you release Divorce Makeover from all claims, demands, and liabilities arising from or connected to third-party services. We strongly recommend exercising due diligence before entering into any agreements with external providers introduced through our platform.
5. Payment Terms
All services and digital products are to be paid for in full upfront, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Divorce Makeover may offer payment plans on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion. If you are granted a payment plan, you must adhere to the agreed payment schedule.
Non-payment or late payment may result in termination or suspension of services without refund or notice.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the customised and transformational nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by Australian Consumer Law. Where applicable, any requests for refunds or cancellations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may incur administrative fees.
For digital products or programs and downloadable materials, no refunds will be issued once access has been granted.
If an event, appointment or coaching session is rescheduled or cancelled by us, we will offer an alternative time or a credit for the session to go on at a later date.
If communication becomes aggressive or abusive at any time, Divorce Makeover reserves the right to terminate services immediately.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including logos, brand names, program materials, graphics, video content, audio, and written material — is owned by Divorce Makeover or its licensors.
